• Hibiscus Leaf Cell Extract and Rutin: Derived from “Bluebird” hibiscus, this active plant cell re-stimulates internal metabolic mechanisms, boosts the overall activity of skin cells, reinforces energy production, decreases deep and superficial wrinkles on the face – especially crow’s feet, slows down cell oxidation, and reduces excessive production of free radicals.
